John

After studying Physics at university, John decided that teaching Science was the way forward. He was awarded his PGCE from Cambridge University and taught Science to Years 6-8 in Suffolk. Following this, John taught all three Sciences as well as Maths in a number of different schools. Students ranged from Year 1 all the way to A level. More recently, he has focused on tutoring individuals, guiding students of all ages with their Science and Maths, but with a particular focus on 11+ and Grammar School entry exams. He works with purpose to improve the skills of his charges so that they succeed with entrance to their first choice school. John has a fun, encouraging manner and instils in his tutees a great sense of confidence going forward.
