Geography goes far beyond quiz questions like, ‘What’s the capital of Bolivia?’ 13+ Common Entrance Geography aims to stimulate a real curiosity in the world around us, introducing children to different societies, cultures and environments. However, there is rarely quite enough class time to develop every idea fully. Some children may need more than a few minutes of map work practice to grasp the essentials, whilst others may need concepts expanded and glossary terms explained in more depth or in a different style before embarking on their own fieldwork enquiries. If there is a Geography project to tackle or a presentation to make, Prep School Tutor specialist 13+ tutors can assist with the detail, advise and help refine and tweak the end product to ensure that the tutee feels confident in their knowledge as well as their delivery.
