  • TREAT YOURSELF!

    How do you cope when the sun is out and there’s still so much to do?! The answer is surely to treat yourself! A blast of sunshine and deep breath of fresh air can do wonders to boost moral. Better still, a brisk walk, kick about or swim can freshen up the grey cells ready for the next instalment. If the clock is ticking and the pressure is too much, how about star jumps whilst reciting something useful (conjugations, times tables, prime numbers).
